2. Orders & Invoices
Submitting an order request through our website does not guarantee acceptance of an order.
After receiving your order request, we will review the details and provide an invoice, availability confirmation, and estimated production timeline.
Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been received and accepted by CLAssick Image.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Custom Garments
Custom garments are designed specifically for each client based on measurements, preferences, and design specifications provided during the consultation process.
Because custom garments are personalized and made-to-order:
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• Custom garments are non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information.
• Design modifications requested after production begins may result in additional charges and extended production times.
4. Payment Policy
Payment terms will be provided with your invoice.
Depending on the nature of the order, CLAssick Image may require:
• Full payment before production begins; or
• A non-refundable deposit before work starts.
Any remaining balances must be paid according to the terms stated on the invoice.
Orders may be delayed if payment is not received on time.
5. Production & Turnaround Times
Every garment is handcrafted and produced individually.
Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on:
• Order volume
• Product availability.
• Material sourcing
• Design complexity
• Customization requests
While we strive to meet all estimated completion dates, turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
CLAssick Image is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, delivery methods, and estimated transit times will be provided at checkout or on your invoice.
Once an order has been shipped, CLAssick Image is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional fees may apply for reshipment due to incorrect addresses.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products:
Custom Garments
All custom garments are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a verified defect in workmanship.
Standard Collection Items
